Small business server systems - built to spec and tailored to customers' needs

Personal Touch Computers recommends Windows Small Business Server 2011. Control your own email, web, file sharing, central authentication, database solutions and more.

Alternatively, if you're looking to get more mileage from your existing server software, we can migrate your current retail server software to new, faster, custom-built server hardware.

Older server software still supported includes Windows 2003/Small Business Server 2003, Windows 2008/Small Business Server 2008.

Windows server software released before 2003 is no longer supported by Microsoft. We highly recommend upgrading if you're running such software.

Do I need a server?
A server enables businesses to have more control over daily operations in a number of ways, such as centralising running applications, shared files/documents and databases. Web, intranet, email and other services can also be run.

Small Business Server can dramatically aid productivity in almost all small business environments, however it's best suited to businesses with five or more staff members. The more you grow, the more invaluable a server becomes.

What will it cost?
If you're a small business and think you need a server, but are put off by the high price of servers that offer more than you really need, we recommend a HP MicroServer. They're relatively cheap and are the perfect file server solution. Please call us for more details and we can supply friendly advice and a quote based upon your needs.
